The Bagasse Dryer is used for reducing bagasse humidity after passing the mill. It can reduce approximately from 50% to 40% of bagasse humidity. Owing to preheating high bagasse humidity with flue gas before feeding into boiler, it can reduces the energy loss that becomes the latent heat of bagasse humidity. Consequently there are advantages of improving combustion efficiency in boiler and enhancing efficiency of steam boiler.
The bagasse is fuel in steam boiler so this bagasse quality improvement is effective to economize and enhance efficiency of energy consumption. After the bagasse dryer installation, our customers can receive the payback period in 1-2 years.
