An energy saver for boiler from Australia. The principle of economizer is a heat exchanger to transfer heat from flue gas that is released from boiler to boiler feed water. The economizer can decrease energy consumption and therefore enhance boiler operating efficiency. As a result, our customer can reduce fuel consumption and save operating cost.
High abrasion-resistence H-type fin tube is used to weld circular steel leaf and smooth tube symmetrically together between the two pieces. It is namely H-type fin tube because of its 'H' shape. Two fins of H-type fin tube in rectangle shape which nearly square is extended heating surface and has good heat-transfer performance. H-type fin tube can be also generated to double-barreled in double-H shape with good structural rigidity, which is used in economizer with longer tube-row.
